Our current challenge? Handle the amount of stimuli we are exposed to daily maintaining rhythmic and relaxed breathing.
How can we train to improve our breathing?
Practicing breath-work, also known as Pranayama. It is the yogic practice of focusing on the breath. In Sanskrit, prana means “vital life force”, and yama means to gain control. In yoga, breath is associated with the prana, thus, pranayama is a means to elevate the prana shakti, or life energies.

Yes, no special preparation is required. If you like to feel relaxed, and at peace in your own skin, this workshop series is for you!
Who’s the facilitator?

Andrea Cristancho doesn’t play by the rules; she rewrites them and calls BS on outdated beliefs that no longer serve. With a fearless spirit and determination to challenge the status quo, she leads the charge in workplace wellness for startups with her program: Hacking Your Wellbeing At Work. Pushing boundaries and pioneering change, she believes well-being means business, and entrepreneurship should be treated as a marathon and not a sprint. She reminds you (with a Latin accent) that investors invest in you, your team looks up to you, and your clients are watching. Hence, placing self-care, first! and ditching the hustle culture mentality is the real winning proposition. She’s rooting for you and believes you’re just one breath away! She’s a certified instructor of conscious breathing and a trained hatha yoga teacher. A 4xFounder turned Startup Health Coach.

The workshop takes place in the relaxed atmosphere of our Brewery Kitchen. Weather permitting at our urban garden. For your lunch, enjoy Matt’s homemade Smash Burgers with beef from our local butcher partner or as a vegetarian option with a fermented mushroom patty. Served with a mixed salad with our house dressing or crispy French fries. Water still or sparkling is available with free refills. No previous knowledge is necessary. Additional drinks are available at regular prices. The number of participants is limited to 15.
