Practicing breath-work, also known as Pranayama. It is the yogic practice of focusing on the breath. In Sanskrit, prana means “vital life force”, and yama means to gain control. In yoga, breath is associated with the prana, thus, pranayama is a means to elevate the prana shakti, or life energies.
Yes, no special preparation is required. If you like to feel relaxed, and at peace in your own skin, this workshop series is for you!
Andrea Cristancho doesn’t play by the rules; she rewrites them and calls BS on outdated beliefs that no longer serve.
