Matt & Elly - We are a young company that has been lovingly brewing its own beer and cooking to a high standard with regional products since 2017. In our Brewery & Kitchen, we combine casual fine dining with craft beer, guests from the neighborhood with foodies from the city or the countryside and a lively atmosphere with relaxed get-togethers. A strong and sincere management team is looking for someone who thinks, shapes and helps out: someone who shares our passion for food, drink and socializing with our guests.
YOUR DAY COULD LOOK LIKE THIS
- You prepare your shift and then tidy up together with your colleagues reopen.
- You welcome our guests, look after them attentively and ensure they have a relaxing evening.
- You know our cuisine, beers, and drinks, and you enjoy giving individual recommendations and telling stories about food and drink.
- You work actively in service and at the bar, pitching in wherever you are needed.
- You bring in your strengths and over time you can develop further in the areas that particularly suit you.
THIS MAKES YOU SPECIAL
- Initial experience in service or gastronomy
- Interested in good food, good drinks, and craft beer
- Joy in contact with people and being a host to be
- Want recommendations, storytelling, and active sales
- Articulate in German (ideally) and English
- Independent, attentive and active working style
- Curiosity and desire to develop further
