THE BREWERY
We brew a modern beer diversity at our 500 Liter brew house. Influenced by Matt & Elly’s travels around the world, each beer is inspired by a memorable place they enjoyed a delicious craft beer. Our tap list features therefore six rotating taps, always including a Session IPA, a Pilsner Style Lager, a sour and a strong beer. A small and fine selection of our canned and bottled beer is available on site, at our online shop as well as at individual stores and gastronomy. To complete our craft beer offer, you will find a beer rarity menu featuring Belgian Strong Beers and more.

Bohemian, Pilsner Style Lager

Inspired by Matt & Elly’s trip to the city of the Pils: Light, crisp with just a hint of the Pils bitterness.

Bye, Bye Apple Pie Sour

Inspired by Matt's favorite song is our first Philly Sour with local apple juice and vanilla: Fruity, light acidity with a hint of vanilla.

Formosa Smoked Ale with rescued pineapple from Pure up
Alc. 7.1% vol
Inspired by Matt & Elly's trip to the island of pineapples in Taiwan: Fruity, pleasant acidity with a pleasant smoky aroma and nicely integrated bitterness.
Ingredients: Basel water, barley malt, hops, yeast and rescued pineapple from Glacé Löööv.
Cerasus Noir Milk Stout with cherries
Alc. 7.2% vol
Inspired by the ancient town at the beautiful Black Sea, our new Milk Stout with cherries features; roasted aromas, pleasant sweetness and acidity with a creamy, slightly bitter finish.
