We brew with passion
We brew a modern variety of beer in our 500-liter brew house, right in the middle of the dining area. Influenced by Matt & Elly's travels around the world, each Beer inspired by a special place where they enjoyed a delicious craft beer. Our Tap List therefore offers six rotating taps, always including one Session IPA, a New England IPA, a Pilsner Style Lager, a wheat, a sourdough, and a Strong beer. A small, fine selection of our canned and bottled beers is on-site, at our Online shop also available in individual stores and restaurants. Amazons, Hazy Pale Ale
This Hazy Pale Ale is inspired by the Greek mythology of the warrior who lives on the edge of the Greek world: bold fruitiness, juicy, yet smooth and light.

Bohemian, Pilsner Style Lager
Alcohol. 4.8% Vol
Inspired by Matt & Elly's journey to the city of Pils: Light, fresh with a hint of Pilsner bitterness.

Inspired by Matt's favorite song, our first Philly Sour with local apple juice and vanilla: fruity, with a light tartness and a hint of vanilla.
Ingredients: Basel water, malted barley, hops, yeast, apple juice from La Famiglia Fluhberg in Sissach, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg
Formosa Smoked Ale with rescued pineapple from Pure up
Alc. 7.1% Vol
Inspired by Matt & Elly's trip to Pineapple Island in Taiwan: Fruity, pleasant acidity with a nice smoky aroma and well-integrated bitterness.
Ingredients: Water, Malted Barley, Hops, Yeast, and rescued pineapple from Pure up.

Cerasus Noir, Milk Stout with Cherries
Alc. 7.2% Vol
Inspired by the ancient site on the beautiful Black Sea, our new Milk Stout with cherries: roasted notes, pleasant sweetness and acidity with a creamy, slightly bitter finish.

Brewery Tour and Tasting
Immerse yourself in our brewery. In 45 minutes, we'll show you how our beers are made. Right where they are brewed. You'll also get to taste four of our beers fresh from the tap.
Tours for 6 people and up. Tastings are also available without a tour as a tasting flight, orderable at the bar. You can also enjoy seasonal tapas from our bar menu, or for groups, with pre-order.

In our unique location with an open Kitchen and Brewery We offer you a (flying) dinner, apéro, brewery tour, and beer tasting for 90 people. In the summer, this is also available in our urban garden. Whether you enjoy our outrageously creative fine-dining creations seated or indulge in our seasonal tapas standing; the choice is yours! Are you looking for something even more special? Mau Pavon offers you and your group a team event where everyone discovers their creative side! with or without a beer (tasting). All offers can be booked individually or in combination.
